- Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing the order: Full refund.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours but before work has commenced: 80% refund.
- Cancellations made after work has commenced: Refund will be provided as per the percentage
of work not completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.

- If partial work has been completed: Refund will be provided for the percentage of work not

promised, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind: Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued simply because you have

- Unreasonable expectations: Refunds will not be issued if your expectations were not clearly
communicated in the initial agreement or if they are deemed unreasonable.
- Third-party services: We cannot issue refunds for third-party services or products that were
purchased as part of our service package.

- Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
in your account.
5. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:

- Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged for the upcoming
period.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period if you cancel your subscription
mid-cycle.
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a
prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
